1 |
Arrive Uluru (Ayers Rock)
On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport you will be transferred to your hotel (flight to arrive prior to 1.00pm). This afternoon travel to Kata Tjuta. Enjoy a 2-3 hour walk through the domes to the Valley of the Winds (for those with a good level of fitness). Enjoy an 'outback' sunset followed by a glass of sparkling wine and nibbles. Travel to our BBQ venue to enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner and stargazing (weather permitting). Enquire about vegetarian meals at the time of booking.

2 |
Uluru (Ayers Rock)
This morning there is the option to do the Uluru Sunrise, Climb and Base Tour (Y18) or for the non-climbers, the Uluru Sunrise and Guided Cultural Base Walk (Y41). Both tours include sunrise at Uluru, a visit to Mutitjulu Waterhole and the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. This evening view sunset and the changing colours of Uluru whilst enjoying nibbles and a glass of wine. |

Kings Canyon - Alice Springs (or Ayers Rock)
Travel to Kings Canyon. Climb to the canyon rim for superb views of Watarrka National Park (for those with a good level of fitness, supportive footwear essential). Alternatively explore the canyon floor (an easier, shady walk). Travel to Alice Springs or Ayers Rock Resort this afternoon.
Note: During the hotter months, part of the Valley of the Winds walk and the Kings Canyon rim climb may not be available. Alternative touring on Day 1 and/or Day 3 may apply. |
