What are the coaches like?
 All guided coach tours use luxury 5 star coaches that can hold up to 45 people. Onboard features include flat screen plasma TV, DVD player and CD player and toilet. Exact facilities differ slightly between operators but all tour coaches are of luxury standard. Tours can fill up quickly so don't leave it too late to secure your place on board!
Do all the tours have tour guides?
Escorted coach tours include a coach driver/guide or a driver and a coach captain who will make sure everything runs smoothly, including booking any optional activities and providing you with tour commentary and support when you reach your destination.
On independent coach tours (mainly in the NT) your coach driver is also your guide and s/he will make sure everything runs smoothly providing you with tour commentary throughout your tour.
What is the average age of the travellers on the tours you offer on this website?
The coach tours on this website are officially "open age" tours, but generally travellers are aged 50+ and come from all over the world.
On escorted coach tours, you will be travelling with the same people during your tour and you will all be staying at the same accommodation. Some of the shorter escorted itineraries are 'subsets' of a larger itinerary and so you may effectively join a tour half way through.
On independent coach tours, there is often a real mix of travellers. These tours are officially "open age" tours too, but generally travellers are aged 40+ and come from all over the world. You may be travelling with different people each day, depending on the coach tour you have selected.
We are from outside Australia, do you take bookings from us? How do we pay for our tour?
Yes we welcome bookings from all over the world. Your tour deposit is always paid by credit card and the balance is then paid 45 days out from the start of the tour. To read more regarding how you book your holiday click here.
Do we get any more information than that provided on your website?
Yes. After we receive your final balance you'll receive your full itinerary detailing tour times, pick up and arrival information etc. We will send this to you by email around 40 days out from your tour, then on your arrival in Australia you'll receive another copy of your itinerary along with travel documentation, your travel wallets and/or travel bags.
Do you handle flights?
There are a few tours where we handle the domestic flights to and from certain destinations within Australia, however we do not book international flights to and from Australia unless they are included in the tour price. If you'd like more information on flights to and from Australia - click here.
Do you handle travel insurance?
We do not sell travel insurance, however we do have information on a few select providers if you are looking for a recommendation. We do recommend all coach tour participants organise travel insurance for their holiday.
