Enjoy "a day to remember" with a reef and island sail for snorkelling and exploring Low Isles, an unspoilt coral cay on Australia's Great Barrier Reef. With only 1 of 4 reef tour licenses to moor at Low Isles there is limited access.

With a maximum of up to 33 guests, Sailaway ensures enjoyment with small groups and excellent service and personal attention from helpful and friendly crew. Sailaway moors in the sheltered blue lagoon of Low Isles for over 5 hours. Guests can explore this protected Coral Cay, with white sandy beaches and coconut palms, surrounded by magnificient coral gardens and the Coral Sea, and history dating back to 1878. The lagoon is alive with fragile corals and marine life, making it the ideal place to snorkel.

A Guided Snorkel Tour with our marine Naturalist is offered along with a Guided Glass Bottom Boat tour with reef interpretation from the Skipper. Guests can choose to swim or relax and laze on the deck after a superb gourmet buffet lunch, before sailing back to Port .

A Snorkelling Paradise

The reef around Low Isles comprises of 150 species of hard corals and is dominated by 15 species of soft corals. Living amongst the corals in the blue lagoon are a large variety of reef fish including angelfish, damselfish, anemones, giant trevally, sweetlip, fusiliers and many green turtles are sighted daily.

Tour Departures:

Sailaway IV departs Marina Mirage Port Douglas - Berth C17. Boarding 8.15am. Departs 8.30am. Free hotel pick-ups are provided from Port Douglas accommodation. From Cairns & Northern Beaches a pick-up fee applies of AU $30pp. Tour returns 4:00pm approx.
